Return policy

Siross is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. You may return items within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition. This includes being unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, along with original packaging, exclusions apply to sale items. Garments must be in resalable condition for returns. Contact us at enquiries@siross.com.au within 14 days, stating the reason for return/exchange and including your order number. For exchanges, check stock availability; otherwise, opt for another item or a refund. Ship returns via REGISTERED POST WITH SIGN ON DELIVERY to Siross at PO Box ___TBA____ and provide tracking details to enquiries@siross.com.au. International returns require items to be sent within 14 business days of receiving your RA#. After inspection, we’ll offer an exchange or refund. All sale items are final. Siross communicates via email throughout the process. We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges at our discretion. Excessive returns may be monitored and potentially refused.
